Belleville Wedding | Sarah + Jake

Sarah and Jake’s wedding day was one of a kind. Their priority was to celebrate the love they had found in each other with their nearest and dearest family and friends, and didn’t care about anything else. Jake can be a total goofball, and Sarah looks at him like he is the only man in the room. Their love is genuine and special, and we are better for having known them.

The day started off quietly at DCCP Studio and Salon, where the girls bonded and prepped for the day while getting their hair and makeup done.

The couple wrote letters to each other before their first glance and they were both breathtaking. They told each other how lucky they were to have each other, and promised to always put each other first. They both had tears in their eyes as they read the words from the person they decided to spend the rest of their lives with.

They saw each other for the first time on their wedding day in Swansea, IL. along the trail at Schranz Park. He sobbed when he saw her, and they embraced for what seemed like forever. It was a truly special moment.

The couple chose The Regency Room at Bel-Air Bowl for their ceremony and reception site. Their words were honest, and their commitment radiated throughout the room. They said “I Do” as their family and friends wiped their eyes.
